Description
Performs paraprofessional work related to a specialized area of personnel management; collects, processes, and audits resource data; produces a variety of reports; provides technical support.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate.
- Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in a human resources specialty, two (2) years of which shall have been at a level requiring independent judgment.
- Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies of human resources.
- Proficiency in the use of technology.
- Ability to compile, process, and analyze data and reporting.
- Attention to detail; ability to think critically and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions.
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with culturally diverse central office staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
