Job Description
Hexagon is seeking a Benefits Reporting Analyst to prepare all Health, Welfare and Retirement Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL) employee benefit plan filings. Individual will coordinate timely receipt and review of submitted data from U.S. Hexagon companies and research and resolve operational and regulatory compliance issues. Must understand plan document provisions and be familiar with all aspects of plan administration.
Individual will be the primary 401(k) recordkeeper point of contact for all Plan administration requirements. Extensive work with external auditors on annual 401(k) Plan audit and will coordinate all 401(k) conversion activities with new Hexagon entities to ensure accurate and timely conversion process. Will explain 401(k) benefits and plan procedures to employees and maintains knowledge of legal and regulatory 401(k) changes, trends, and other developments affecting defined contribution plans.
Will prepare and timely file all annual IRS Form 5500 documents for all US Hexagon ERISA benefit plans, including all schedules. Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop good working relationships with plan recordkeeper, 401(k) Committee, outside ERISA counsel, and Payroll/HR/Legal contacts for all US Hexagon entities.
Will perform other HR related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to clearly communicate and explain 401(k) benefits
- Highly analytical; able to interpret complex data
- General understanding of laws and regulations regarding 401(k) Plans
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least two years of experience with 401(k) and group insurance benefits
