Benefits Analyst
Job Description:
This position is within the Resource Team, specifically in the benefits side. They will be responsible for, as the manager says, "taking all the administrative and repetitive tasks off the desks of the consultants (sales people). This will include responding to RFPs, entering renewals, commissions etc. It's a highly data driven role where you're
reviewing contracts and entering info various web sheets. They will be working with employee benefits & retirement services.
- Create ARW's (Annual Renewal Workbook - excel doc) in order to assist in RFP process
- Assist in creating various visuals, reports and spreadsheets for Account team to use in client meetings
- Upload new client/renewal information into systems
- Ensure systems reflect current information
- Correspond with consultants when needed
- Assist Cash Applications team in finding a home for revenues placed under suspense
