SalaryTenCode Benefits (formerly Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) is looking for a Beneficiary Support Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a life insurance claims background. If you're Spanish speaking, that's a plus.
A Beneficiary Support Counselor will provide concierge services to company sponsored life insurance beneficiaries. TenCode Benefits provides white glove service to assist beneficiaries in filing for life as well as other company sponsored benefits. The counselor will act as the single point of contact and assist the beneficiary through the claims process, submit the claim on behalf of the beneficiary and keep the client updated throughout the process.
Knowledge of company sponsored employee benefits, life insurance claims and a customer service background is a plus.
