Experience - 3-5 Years

Qualification - Diploma / Graduate / Any technical US qualification

Critical Skills and Qualification

· Hands on Experience about Press Brake- Bending machine operating from 40 - 220 MT

· Hands on Experience about Press Brake Bending machine programming (Delem & Amada Controller)

· Knowledge about Press Brake Bending operating with 9 axis function

· Knowledge about Press Brake Bending tooling's & tool material grades

· Knowledge about Press Brake Bending tooling programming

· Knowledge about Crowning function

· Knowledge about safety light barrier setting

· Knowledge about machine check sheet (TPM)

· Knowledge about machine Preventive maintenance

· Knowledge about Production report updating

· Knowledge about Instrument & Gauge handling

· Knowledge about Drawing reading / GD &T

· Knowledge about Gauges & Instrumentations, Parts inspection & ITP Updating

· Good Knowledge about safety & 5S.

· Tool setting with respective material grade like MS, SS, AL, GI etc.

Main responsibility

· Setting up and operating modern CNC-controlled press brakes

· Execution of self-created CNC programs

· Creation of necessary program corrections

· Performance of quality and dimensional checks during and after the bending process

· Varied activity with high diversity of parts

· Maintenance, servicing and repair of machinery

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
