We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff with guest satisfaction, and responding to guest requests and deliveries as needed. Responsibilities:- Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
- Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
- Perform other hotel services as assigned and respond to guest requests as necessary, such as delivering mail and food to guest’s rooms, taking laundry service, making sure public areas are clean, and checking the guest’s luggage for storage
- Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy
- Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way
- Be a team player in all that you do, and ensure that every guest feels cared for, valued, and respected
- Provide "10" Service hospitality
- Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
- 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs and stand for long periods of time, ability to move carts safely
- Ability to work a varied schedule which includes working day, 2nd shift and weekends.
