PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Bell Dispatch, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Dispatch Bell Persons as appropriate to meet guest’s orders and requests
• Keep an accurate record of bell desk activities
• Serve as Bell Starter by designating Bell Persons to assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage requirements
• Receive phone calls by registered guests requesting information, services and deliveries
• Ensure all checked luggage is properly stored and tagged and claim checks are issued to appropriate guests
• Resolve guest concerns and problems

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six (6) months experience in guest services or hospitality
• Proficient computer skills
• Effective phone etiquette
