The Bell Captain is responsible for supervising the Bell/Valet Staff.
Will supervise, train and develop the Bell/Valet team including scheduling, counseling, recognizing top performance and role modeling the highest service standards. Will supervise operation of the Hotel's airport shuttle and maintain accurate van maintenance logs. Will respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Will ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Prior Supervisory or Management experience at a property of similar caliber, prior hotel or valet parking experience is a plus for this position. Ability to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Flexible availability to include late nights and early mornings.
NOTE: This position involves the safe valet parking of guest vehicles and operation of the hotel's airport shuttle - must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
