Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, a therapist is responsible for working with clients to help identify, examine, and treat mental health and emotional issues or disorders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload and documentation.
- Assessing client's needs
- Designing treatment plans
- Conducting individual, group and family counseling sessions
- Monitoring client's progress
- Implementing case management techniques
- Preparing treatment reports, and making referrals.
- Counsel individuals, groups or families to help them understand problems and develop treatment plans.
- Identify psychological, emotional or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in counseling and psychology or a related field
- Have the ability to make social perception, to make good judgement, to have the ability to resolve complex problems and have excellent decision making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent computer skills.
