YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST
In this role, you provide essential intervention, assessments, and various therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, including adults, children, and youth, as well as their families. Your responsibilities include individual and group therapy, intake assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning. You maintain accurate documentation to meet contractual, licensing, and Behavioral Health organization requirements. Meeting productivity standards based on monthly working hours is an essential aspect of this role.
You work closely with consumers and their families, ensuring their well-being and helping them achieve their mental health objectives. You collaborate with a diverse range of individuals and organizations, including courts, schools, foster homes, relatives, case managers, and state agencies, to provide comprehensive and effective treatment.

Here's what we need from you:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
Preferred:
- Experience working in the community setting with adults who have alcohol and drug treatment issues or co-morbid mental health problems
- Counseling experience with adults and an understanding of psychotropic medications
