Behavioral Health Service Manager - Lpc Or Lcsw

Position Title:   Behavioral Health Service Manager – LPC or LCSW

Hours: 8:00am -5pm M-F 

Pay Rate: $42/hr 

Location: Member Facing Houston, TX

Requirements:

·       Licensed LPC or LCSW

·       Master’s Degree

·       2+ years case management experience

·       Experience with children or adolescents prefer experience with foster care/child welfare population

Job Description:

·        Travel requirements – Most of the face-to-face assessments can be completed via Zoom with video. However, there are some assessments that do require in-person visits within a 10-30 mile radius

·        Manage and oversee a caseload of members in foster care both children and adolescents

·        Work urgent requests such as court orders, medication issues, or other special projects (these vary)

·        Answer incoming telephone calls and triage Behavioral Health need

·        Document calls and actions using standard computer software application

·        Provide resource and education to non-licensed Behavioral Health staff

·        Schedule and make follow up calls to provide care facilitation

·        Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope

·        Work with other internal and external agency personnel to meet callers' needs

·        Provide professional assessments, interventions within scope of relevant licensure

·        Provide information and Behavioral Health education to callers
