Part-Time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate Mountain Time
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Behavioral Health Coaching through telehealth.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and case managers.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Pilot experimental coaching protocols and contribute to the advancement of mental health care.
Required Qualifications:
PREFERRED: Certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) [ https://members.nbhwc.org/search/newsearch.asp ].
ICF Coaching Certification, NBC-HWC, or Master's degree in psychology (unlicensed).
Experience in telehealth and comfort with a dynamic, technology-driven work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping individuals improve their mental health.
