Behavioral Health Case ManagerCompensation
- The pay for this position is $34 - $41 per hour (mileage is paid for as well if any travel to do member assessments)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Behavioral Health Case Manager Highlights
- The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM
- This will be a Majority work from home role. However, some in person assessments will be required within the Austin area.
Behavioral Health Case Manager Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a caseload of members in foster care both children and adolescents
- Outreach-telephonically, virtual, or in person
- Work urgent requests such as court orders, medication issues, or other special projects (these vary)
- Participate in all team meetings, case rounds, and supervision meetings with their manager
- Complete case updates, documentation, person centered service plans, assessments, etc.
- Communication with internal and external partners/providers (DFPS Caseworkers, Community Based Care, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrist, PCP, etc.)
Behavioral Health Case Manager Requirements
- LPC or LCSW
- Case Management Experience
- Experience working with Children
- Master's Degree
- Foster Care Experience
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
