SalarySmall group Behavioral Health practice seeking billing specialist and office manager. Less than 10 employees in the office. It is a quiet office, not a lot of traffic. Responsibilities include billing for Behavioral Health CPT codes, helping therapists with administrative tasks, working closely with the owner to make the office run smooth, get office supplies, and conduct administrative tasks in the office. Will be required to interact with current clients to check them in as well as communicate with potential clients through phone and email. Will start with 30 hours per week. Schedule can be somewhat flexible Monday through Friday. Billing includes about 100 claims per week to insurance companies. Paid hourly, includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO. Must have prior billing experience. Must be skilled at using basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, Email, Basic Internet Searches and Use.
