Behavior Therapist

Autism Behavioral Wellness is looking for awesome Behavior Therapists to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to children who have autism in Toms River, New Jersey. Working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, our program focuses on social and physical wellness, with an emphasis on nutrition, preventative healthcare and physical wellness.

To apply, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have completed high school-level education or equivalent
• Pass a criminal background check and an abuse registry check
• Have a minimum of one year working with individuals with autism
• Have a valid driver's license and transportation to work in in-home environments throughout Bergen County, New Jersey

Representative responsibilities Include:

• Collecting and recording data
• Conducting assessments
• Implementing procedures as outlined by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Generating objective session notes by describing what occurred during sessions
• Protecting client’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Maintaining professional boundaries
• Receiving clinical direction from supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
