Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field with 1 year exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder. (Preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a plus, but not required
• Required availability weekdays from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Part-time : Up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavior therapy sessions to individuals with disabilities, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize behavior protocols and interventions developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address specific objectives for each client.
• Gather daily data on client behaviors during therapy sessions to monitor progress and support ongoing evaluation by the clinical team.
• Work closely with BCBA, Behavior Technicians, and other team members to ensure coordinated care and effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Actively seek feedback from supervisors and peers to improve clinical skills and effectiveness as a behavior therapist.
• Apply received feedback to enhance therapy techniques and approaches.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
