Responsibilities:
- Work with children with autism in their homes, schools, or community settings in the East Bay
- Follow and implement behavior support plans as prescribed by Clinical Program Manager
- Manage and respond to challenging behaviors according to the plan
- Input valid behavior data and accurate clinical documentation into our digital data collection platform
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, their families, and staff
Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification or 1 Year of Experience with the the 40 Hour RBT Online Training Certificate.
- Share our commitment to providing excellent ABA services
- Understand the importance of your role in supporting children with autism including consistency maintaining your schedule.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving record
- TB test, MMR and Tdap immunizations, COVID-19 vaccination, background check, reference check
- Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand/sit/kneel for extended periods of time
- Availability 3p-8p
