Behavior Technician - Rbt (Home-Based/Afternoon) - West Los Angeles

Currently we are looking for techs to service: West Los Angeles, Van Nuys, Canoga Park, WESTLAKE VILLAGE.

Responsibilities as an ABA Therapist:

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting and school/community.
• Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client

What you need:

• At least 1 year of ABA experience
• A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required
• Must have own reliable transportation (Insurance included)
• Background check
• Strong communication skills
• Available in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) is a PLUS!
