Behavior Technician / Aba Therapist- In-Home

• Treetop Therapy is a provider of family-centered in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2-18 years old with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Treetop Therapy is seeking individuals who are passionate about serving children to provide direct care ABA therapy to children who meet medical necessity. As a Behavior Technicians you will be the face of our company and will be provided the highest quality training and support from our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team. Client services hours are based on medical necessity and include daytime and afterschool working opportunities. Behavior Technicians will complete up to 10 hours of paid training in ABA to ensure they are outfitted with the tools and training needed to be successful while working with our clients.

• Required Qualifications for Behavior Technicians
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable means of transportation (we do not transport clients)
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check and drug test (in applicable states)
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment
  • Prior experience working with individuals with special needs and/or disabilities
• Preferred Qualifications for Behavior Technicians:
  • Valid Driver's License, current auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
  • Ability to communicate and summarize information clearly and concisely in written form
  • Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
  • Desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of the clients Treetop Therapy services.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quincy, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Work Location: In person

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
