```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily children, to provide behavioral health support and assist with patient care. ```Responsibilities```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on patient behaviors and progress
- Assist with patient assessments and evaluations
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, is preferred
- Familiarity with special education principles and practices is a plus
- Experience in data collection and analysis is beneficial
- Knowledge of behavioral health techniques and interventions is desirable
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
