QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Masters degree in ABA (or related field of study)
- Minimum of 1 year experience writing behavior plans
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen
- Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening
- Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training
- Basic computer skills
JOB DUTIES
- Assess client behavior
- Developing & implementing Behavior Support Plans
- Provide behavioral/situational support to programs through modeling techniques
- Develop & implement utilizing data collection
- Train direct care staff
