Comp Therapy currently has an opening for a Behavior Interventionist/Therapist to provide school-based behavior services in the greater Los Angeles area (Los Angeles, Burbank, Mid-City, Glendale, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Downtown, South LA, Compton) for the 2023-2024 school year.

Must have

- Bachelor's degree OR

- RBT License OR

- At least 1 year of previous experience working in a school-based setting as a Special Education Assistant or Behavior Interventionist

BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST - DAY TO DAY

➤ Day Schedule! 7:30 am and 4:00 pm

➤ Behavioral Intervention in a one-on-one setting; two-on-one setting; small group; whole class embedded support, classroom assistance, and or special education classroom assistant. BI services may also include providing services during transportation with the student to and from school.

➤ Assist with toileting and daily functional skills if required

➤ Collect data on student progress towards IEP goals. Document delivery of services in specified database on a daily/weekly basis
