YOUR DAY AS A BEHAVIOR INTERVENTIONIST - BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
As a Behavior Interventionist - Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for representing IBT in a professional, loyal, and ethical manner while addressing behavioral issues and promoting overall wellness. Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions will be key aspects of your role. You will attend clinic meetings, providing valuable feedback and suggestions. Before each 1:1 session, you will review communication logs and adhere to specified drills and techniques in each child's program. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing parent generalization training, further contributing to the holistic development and progress of each client.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Active student or graduate from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Current Registered Behavioral Technician credential or the ability to obtain one by the end of the probation period
