Responsible for supervising the Behavior Health Technician and monitoring compliance with adopted best practice standards/treatment models; Provide child, caregivers, 1:1 staff support and BHT psycho-education regarding the child’s diagnosis and learning style and behavioral interventions; Provide guidance using knowledge of the current techniques proven to be effective with this population through the utilization of behavioral analytic principles and interventions; Write, review and revise the treatment plan in accordance with the Commonwealth IBHS regulations; Review and update the Assessment; Utilize standardized assessment and screening tools. Implementing Evidence Based practices as identified by the agency.

This position requires evening and weekend hours as clinically indicated per specific case needs. The position is expected to primarily support specially assigned schools. Cases will be assigned to ensure that the minimum billing requirement of at least 25 hours per week is met.

Services can be provided at school and/or in the home/community and are located throughout the city of Philadelphia.

Education/Training:

Education/Training: Master’s degree in Social Work or related human service field; valid license for the practice of Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or a valid license of Social Work or Behavior Specialist from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; LSW or BSL must have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.

Must meet one of the following:

· Licensed as a behavior specialist in the State of Pennsylvania

· Have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate level certification in behavior analysis

· Have a graduate degree in ABA

· Have a minimum of one-year Full Time experience in providing mental health direct services to children and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education or counseling

· Completed a clinical or mental health direct services practicum and have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.

Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker whose graduate degree included a clinical or direct mental health practicum, or a Licensed Behavior Specialist preferred.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) years’ experience providing behavioral consultation services. In addition, the experience must include writing comprehensive treatment plans and FBAs utilizing behavioral interventions. Experience providing oversight and behavioral technique training to direct care staff and families is also required. Experience providing services under IBHS regulations preferred. Experience implementing The Bridge model preferred.
