The Basics of this opportunity:
- Compensation: Starting at $83,000 per year with the possibility of higher salary access based on experience
- Bonus: There's opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly ($35,000+ in your first three years)!

- Job Location(s): In-home
- Telehealth: Up to 50% of supervision can be done via Telehealth in this position
- Client Care Expectation: Can vary, but approximately 110 hours per month (5.5 daily hours of productivity)

Job Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
- Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
- Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
- Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
- Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
- Attends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
- Motivated to lead by example
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related
- program, required
- Active BCBA Certification required
- Active LBA certification issued by the state of Maryland
- 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
- At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
The initial pay range is eighty thousand dollars to eighty-five thousand dollars, but ALP may be able to exceed our pay range based on experience and education.
