A day in the life…
- Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge
- Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals theyre looking for
- Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $20.55-$21.35 hourly This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
