Beauty Advisor

We are currently hiring qualified candidates to join our Beauty Team! As a Beauty Advisor, we want you to bring your talents, experience, and enthusiasm to a team-oriented and dynamic environment. We believe that our success is based primarily on the quality and hard work of our valued team members to bring the Beauty world to our customers.

We have Part-time positions available in our Estee Lauder and Lancome beauty lines.

Responsibilities include:

• Make our customers look and feel beautiful!
• Assist customers with knowledge, empathy, and sincerity by directing them to products that fit their personal needs by explaining the products benefits.
• Attract new clients.
• Build strong relationships with new clients for return visits.
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high touch service and make-up artistry.
• Build excitement in the location through your passion for the brand you are hired for!
• Attend all training and development opportunities both local and out of town.
• Understand that your contribution to the team sales will affect the over all success of the team as well as your personal goals.

Qualifications:

• Goal oriented
• High Energy person, comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers both in and out of your assigned department.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Enjoy teaching.
• Strong selling skills
• FUN, POSITIVE, AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY
• Willingness to learn from fellow team members as well as from store tools available to each consultant.
• Willingness to make cold calls to promote products and events.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays each month!
• Cosmetics experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
