Bear Creek Resident Camp Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic Camp Director to ensure the ultimate summer camp experience for our campers and staff. The Director will prepare and train staff members in all areas of the camp. Director oversees the maintenance of general camp operations such as health care procedures, emergency preparedness, purchasing, programing, staffing and communication with families. This requires an organized leader who can work under pressure and multi-task. Other duties include participating in daily aquatic and program activities, supporting cookout nights, participating in daily camp life, and more. The Camp Director should be professional, responsible, attentive, and fun-loving. The ideal candidate will be invested in the development of our campers while maintaining camp spirit and unity amongst staff that makes for a successful camp season.
