We need someone to set up beach chairs/umbrellas/cabanas, clean the pool and area surrounding, also launch paddleboards and kayaks.
Requirements to get the job.
- Understanding of Florida weather, and how it affects paddle sports and beach activities.
- Customer service mentality. Our guest experience is extremely important.
- Experience paddle boarding and kayaking. Can teach this but need to have at least done them before.
- Ability to lift heavy objects. Setting up beach chairs and cabanas is a good workout. Must also be able to lift a paddleboard overhead.
- Ability to handle Florida heat. It's hot being outside all day, not everyone can handle it.
- Ability to understand booking software and schedule reservations.
- Communicate well with others. Will need to interact with guests and other team members. How you interact with guests can make all the difference in their experience.
- Must be able to work weekends.
Pay starts at $12 per hour plus tips. Open to higher starting pay for experienced candidates.
