Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments
- Initiate customer outbound calls regarding service needs
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions both by telephone and email
- Research required information using available resources
- Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate
- Accurately enter new customer information into the system
- Verify and update existing customer information
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent computer and phone skills are a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to stay organized and complete multiple phone calls and emails to customers and schedule service appointments
- Must be able to work cooperatively with the team and on your own
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
