Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to provide information about vehicles, dealership services, promotions, etc.
• Be the first point-of-contact for customers and direct them to the appropriate sales agent while maintaining contact throughout the process.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, services, and vehicle purchases.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Collaborating with sales and service departments to ensure smooth handoffs and provide seamless customer experiences.
• Staying updated on product knowledge, dealership policies, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance and skills.
• Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required
• Must have extraordinary communication, computer and phone skills
• Prior dealership and/or CRM experience a plus
• Sales/digital marketing/customer service experience a plus
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
