Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to provide information about vehicles, dealership services, promotions, etc.
- Be the first point-of-contact for customers and direct them to the appropriate sales agent while maintaining contact throughout the process.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives, services, and vehicle purchases.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collaborating with sales and service departments to ensure smooth handoffs and provide seamless customer experiences.
- Staying updated on product knowledge, dealership policies, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance and skills.
- Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Must have extraordinary communication, computer and phone skills
- Prior dealership and/or CRM experience a plus
- Sales/digital marketing/customer service experience a plus
- Team player attitude
