BCBA - School Setting Opportunity in the Washington, D.C. area

Soliant Education has partnered with a school districtseeking to hire aBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst in the Washington, D.C.areafor the current school year. Full-time applicants highlypreferred, however part-time might be considered.
Details:

• Will primarily work with Elementary students
• 7:50-4pm
• General Education and Special Education settings
• Primary duties:
  • Attending IEP meetings
  • writing & implementing BIPs & FBAs
  • Teaching ABA strategies to staff

Contract (w2) with Soliant for the current2023/2024school-year, with contract renewals available for a good fit.
All school holidays and breaks off. All evenings and weekends off.
Requirements:

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Previous experience working in a School Setting preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Previous School Setting experiencepreferredbut not required
