We are looking for a select few experienced, motivated, and organized home improvement professionals that can work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects as a Bathroom Renovation Specialist. Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of the trades. We will provide specialty tools and plenty of work.
Pay Range: $16-20 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct bathroom demolition
- Install Walk-in Tubs or Acrylic/Solid Surface showers, including wall systems, floors, and accessories
- Complete Tile installation, framing and drywall repair and installation
- Assist the mechanics in carpentry plumbing and electric
- Ensure all job kits, materials, tools, and paperwork are complete prior to arriving on site
- Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for homeowners while on the job
- Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, manage expectations
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Follow all safety regulations and Adhere to all installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.
- Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service and deliver a remarkable experience
- Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans
- Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
- Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
- Document work by completing digital paperwork on each job utilizing Service Titan
- Provides technical support to customers
- Participate actively in trainings and meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
- Commit to the highest standards of ethics, honesty and integrity
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Requirements:
- Drywall repair and installation experience
- Framing experience
- Tile installation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License, possess, and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade.
- Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training to advance position.
- Ability to follow Safety Guidelines and safely work with heights and in tight working conditions
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
