- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations
- Prepare medication orders for contracts via Dr.'s orders
- Assist with batch deliveries to contracts
-Assure desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with special projects as assigned
```Requirements```
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support in person, over the phone, or via email
