Job Summary:

As a Crew Member at Baskin-Robbins, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working in a fun and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to create delicious ice cream treats, take orders, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ice cream and other treats according to standard recipes and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by cleaning equipment, counters, and floors as needed
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, hygiene, and customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 16 years old

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.45 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
