This position requires teaching students about basic cooking and food preparation skills; along with kitchen safety and sanitation, equivalents and measurements, cooking etiquette, food decisions, baking skills, nutrition & wellness, and the exploration of career opportunities in the culinary field. Students alternate between classroom and lab setting. This course is an exploratory course for the Culinary Arts program.
