Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

We are a leading full-service third-party commissioning firm in Southern California whose projects range from Lab Services to critical facilities to new construction. Our client base also spans both national and international clients.
As a Commissioning Project Manager, the role involves project management of technical projects, strategic development of new clients, and self-performing commissioning agent (CxA) duties. Direct experience in managing and executing the commissioning process is crucial, along with expertise in regulations, building codes, sustainability requirements, and industry guidelines. The company offers the opportunity to have a significant impact as it grows. The Project Manager's objectives include managing at least $500k in revenue per year.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Strong commissioning experience within the BAS/BMS sector
• Experience working with one of the following BAS/BMS platforms: Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Distech, or Trane
• HVAC and Mechanical System Checkout, Startup, and System Commissioning
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• Retro-Commissioning (RCx)
