Bartender/Server

```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Upsell additional food and beverage items
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Familiarity with brewing techniques, beer styles, and craft beer industry (preferred)
- Ability to handle banquet events and large crowds (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Understanding of retail math for inventory management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.74 - $18.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
