RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and serve guests in a timely manner.
- Retain and share knowledge of all bar inventory including tasting notes, origins, preparations, etc.
- Prepare bar mixers, syrups, sugars, garnishes, etc.
- Adhere to state & national liquor laws as well as health code regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, market products, and general Pickle & Ash business information
- Operate Point of Sale System
- Assist with liquor, beer, and wine inventory control and maintenance
- Assist guests in all areas of business regarding the restaurant
- Support other team members by helping with other tasks as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Positive attitude & team focused
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, bar equipment, bar service details
- Willingness to learn and use Point of Sale System
- Strong communication, organization, & time management skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, & holidays
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Non-slip shoes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $3.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
