Bartender/Server

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service

Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

- Food handling: Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Hospitality: Providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Help: Assisting customers with their needs and providing guidance when necessary
- Basic math: Ability to perform calculations for billing, making change, and measuring ingredients
- Food service: Understanding the flow of food service operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Cash handling: Accurately processing cash transactions, including counting money, giving change, and reconciling cash drawers
- Math: Proficiency in basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating ratios, and managing inventory levels
- Sales: Upselling drink options and promoting specials to increase sales revenue
- Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
