- Follows Opening & Closing checklist to prepare for business and close down at end of shift
- Maintains a clean work area and guest environment during the shift
- Follows all requirements for the responsible service of alcohol
- Can complete requirements of job without constant supervision
- Understands basic money handling and can make proper change and process credit cards
- Must be flexible in schedule requirements as hours may fluctuate due to promotional and community events
Candidate Requirements:
- Meets state & local age requirements for serving alcohol
- Be of legal age to drink alcohol and be willing to consume beer for product knowledge purpose.
- Maintains current state/local required alcohol service certification
- Previous bartender experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds
- Must be able to balance and carry multiple beverage items
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
