Barista/Register

We're looking for a skilled and friendly Barista/Cashier to join us.

As part of our team, you'll interact with locals, tourists, and passersby, crafting and serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

· Operate the cash registers accurately and handle customer transactions

· Take and customize customer orders based on preferences

· Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety guidelines

· Assist with light stocking and food preparation, such as baking pastries

· Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

· Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems beneficial

· Familiarity with retail math and cash handling skills

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

· Passion for coffee and understanding of various brewing methods

· Strong customer service skills and team player mentality
