```Duties```
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, etc.
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Operate and maintain various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and coffee grinders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or Aloha POS system
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Clean and sanitize work area, utensils, and equipment regularly
```Experience```
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee beans is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and measuring ingredients
