SalaryOur Baristas are the face of Starbucks. They will impact each guest and create for them a world-class experience by executing delicious, perfect beverages. Our Baristas will work together to create relationships with our guests and maintain a welcoming store environment.
You will contribute to the success of Starbucks by providing legendary customer service which includes prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining high health and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
- Anticipating the guest’s needs by evaluating customers for cues.
- Assist in training of new team members and positively reinforcing using respectful and encouraging coaching.
- Recognizing that all guests come first and providing them with legendary customer service.
- Following Starbucks operation and policies regarding cash handling, safety and security.
- Maintain recipe knowledge of extensive drink menu.
- Maintains clean and healthy work environment.
- Maintains regular punctual attendance.
Requirements:
- Maintain regular punctuality and attendance.
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Engaging with and understanding our guests and communicating with clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard following recipes or customizations requested by customers.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, climb stairs, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time.
- Ability to carry 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

- All full-time baristas will be eligible for insurance after 90 days of employment.
