Barista/Café Server

Cafe 33 is proud to announce that it has teamed up with the most amazing national coffee shop chain, the one and only, Peet's Coffee. We will provide AWARD WINNING training to the right people by the amazing Peet’s Coffee’s experts. We are looking for personable, responsible baristas to help grow our business.

Requirements:

1. PRIOR BARISTA EXPERIENCE, Bubbly personality, love people and coffee as well as having fun.

2. Recent front of house experience in a PROFESSIONAL environment, restaurant, cafe or bar

3. Recent Kitchen experience, food prep, bussing, passion for coffee, people & learning

4. Smile Constantly-Love to share coffee knowledge in a approachable friendly manner

5. Excellent people, communication, and customer service skills

6. Organized + tidy

7. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment-Walk and talk at the same time

Our candidate must have the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, bend and lift 50 lbs, quick learner, self motivated and works well in a group. This is a position where you will be on your feet for 5 – 8 hours a day. This position requires a schedule and people to honor that schedule if hired.
