JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experienced Baristas and Shift Supervisors ($18.50-$19.50/hr DOE + tips + benefits).
- Once fully trained, senior baristas will average $28-32 per hour (hourly+ tips).

Caffe Luxxe is looking for a highly motivated leaders to join our team at our locations on the Westside. We roast our own small-batch coffee and have been voted best-tasting coffee year on year. Featuring 7 cafes since 2006 and our own roastery, we introduced the 3rd wave of luxury artisanal coffee in Los Angeles.
We are well known for our challenging, world-class training program and paid working barista apprenticeship, which upon graduation, places our team members amongst the finest professional baristas in the industry.
In addition to a passion for coffee, we are looking for individuals who embrace love for culinary expression and luxury products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year specialty coffee experience.
- Minimum 1 year supervisor experience.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to grow a career with a fast-growing, family-oriented company.
- With positive motivation and aptitude, we will be happy to train you into a management career or to work in different parts of our company as well.
- The position requires 25-30 hours per week, and you must be flexible to work shifts any day of the week.

Caffe Luxxe owns and operates 7 cafes throughout LA (with more on the way) and its own coffee roastery located in the South Bay.
