Job Details:
- Job title: Barista (Part-Time) Immediate Positions All Shifts.
- Location: Falcon, CO.
- Pay: Hourly wage plus tips.

- Schedule: Part-time, M-F 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday and Federal Holidays 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM, closed Christmas and Thanksgiving and Sundays.
- We have immediate openings for a dedicated Saturday barista.

Requirements:
- High school diploma: Graduated.
- Live in the area. No more than 30 minutes from Falcon.
- Experience serving customers.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license. Proof must be provided.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Wearing cute outfits. Posting to social media.
Qualifications:
- Self-driven, motivated, engaged, and responsible.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to make consistent and correct beverages.
- Ability to operate machines properly and clean them very well.
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Upselling.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold drinks on customer requests and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally.
