We are a one-of-a-kind, unique new concept that is gearing up to open our 3rd location in the Willowbrook area in Houston!
We will feature an elegant, upscale food menu, a classy cocktail menu (which you will have a direct influence in creating), an expansive member area with a cigar lounge, fireplace, and meeting rooms, barber shop, golf simulation bay, and more. Let's call it, "Scratch cooking with flare, set in an authentic sports car, mechanic-shop setting."
We are looking to hold our grand opening in mid-April, 2024 and want someone to start as soon as possible. Duties will include but are not limited to: touching tables, managing a FOH staff of 15-30, handling cash and depositing at the bank, menu creation, liquor, beer, and wine ordering, bar inventory, banquet package creation, and more.
Thinking outside of the box and having creative style is a must.
We NEED a self-starter with the desire to teach and grow his or her career.
Must be able to work, days, nights, weekends and holidays, 40-50 hours/week.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
