We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hard-working person to join our team as a beertender in our Beer & Wine Garden in the beautiful City of Coachella. This is a part-time position that will require evening, weekend and sometimes holiday work.

Pay includes an hourly wage plus tips and yearly bonus. Our Team Members have the pleasure of working with our guests and ensuring they have a memorable experience, encouraging product sales and repeat business.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet every guest as they approach the service window and provide friendly, prompt, fun, and courteous service.
• Operate a STRIPE Point-of-Sale terminal to process guest transactions, with accuracy and efficiency. This is a cashless facility.
• Learn about wine, beer and our non-alcoholic offerings and acquire knowledge of our Sourced & Certified Products; learn how to promote and sell them and contribute to company and store sales goals.
• Assist in daily maintenance of property cleanliness; inside and outside.
• Unload and put away weekly truck deliveries. Stock shelves and beer coolers in accordance with guidelines.
• Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by the store management team.
• Collect glassware and dishware from the garden. Dispose of trash and recycle in the proper receptacles.
• Load, unload, and dry glassware. Stock clean glassware in accordance with guidelines.
• Set up & tear down umbrellas, tables and chairs.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be 21 years of age or older
• Able to work a flexible schedule as business requires, night and weekends, especially during holidays
• There are no prior experience requirements to apply for this position; retail or industry experience is a plus.
• Candidates should be able to stand on their feet for up to 8 hours while moving around the store, and be able to lift up to 35 pounds for merchandise stocking, with or without accommodation.
• Outstanding customer service skills
