Position Summary: Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.

Essential Job Functions:
- Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages
- Monitors pump room
- Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures
- Restocks bar snacks
- Cut garnishes/fill garnishes based on specific bar expectations
- Cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces
- Removes empty bottles and trash
- Keep liquor manifold stocked throughout shift
- Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
- Maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties
- Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more related experience or training preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms and see
- Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, speak and hear
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under
- occasional fast paced and noisy work conditions ability to work in a noisy environment
